For an improved state of health

Fold in a scrap
of velvet cloth
these treasures six
to bring you health:
Leaves of tea,
Flowers of lavender,
Ginger and salt
and clove and camphor;
Tie up the charm
with a scarlet thread,
keep it beside
your nightly bed;
Breathe it on waking
every day-
you must be healed,
and healed must stay.

Not at all. It is easier, but if it's a photo you can email it to jeffcoat4747@yahoo.com. In the subject box be sure to say "Pagan Notebook gallery submission" so I don't mistake it for spam. If it's something written, you can paste it into a deviantart note and send it. Hope that helps :)
